Suspected of Spreading Terrorist Publications

The man was held on suspicion of disseminating terrorist materials, under Section 2 of the Terrorism Act 2006. He was taken into custody under PACE and driven to a Manchester police station.

Bailed, But Investigation Rumbles On

He was later released on bail, with a return date set for mid-March 2023. Police say the probe is ongoing and tied to Islamist terrorism.
