Woman Hurt in Tooting High Street Crash
Police rushed to Tooting High Street at 4.20pm on Tuesday, 9 November, after reports of a car smashing into a pedestrian.
Injured Woman Hospitalised
Officers and the London Ambulance Service arrived quickly. The victim, a woman believed to be in her twenties, was taken to hospital. Her condition is currently unknown.
Man Arrested as Roads Shut Down
A man was arrested nearby on suspicion of possession of criminal property. He is still in police custody.
Several roads in the area remain closed while investigations continue.
