CCTV Snap Released After Shocking New Year’s Day Attack at Thanet Pub
Kent Police have released a CCTV image of a man wanted in connection with a serious assault at The Hussar pub in Garlinge.
Head Injury After Rock Thrown Through Pub Window
The assault happened between 12.10pm and 12.20pm on New Year’s Day (1 January 2023). A woman inside the pub was injured when a piece of rock was hurled through the window, causing head wounds. She later sought treatment at a local hospital.
The pub window was also smashed during the incident, sparking police investigations.
Police Urge Public to Help Identify Suspect
Officers are appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV image to come forward. They believe he may hold key information to crack the case.
