Woman Assaulted in Chichester – Police Seek Witnesses
Police are hunting for witnesses after a 19-year-old woman was attacked on Westhampnett Road, Chichester.
Attack Near Lidl at Dusk
It happened just before 7.45pm on Tuesday, November 1, as the victim walked towards Lidl. A man approached her but she managed to break free. The suspect fled, sprinting through bushes heading towards Sainsbury’s.
Suspect Description
- Age: Between 16 and 25 years old
- Height: About 6 feet tall
- Clothing: Dressed all in black
Police Urge Dashcam Drivers to Come Forward
Officers are still investigating and want anyone driving nearby around that time to check their dashcams for footage. Anyone with info should report it online or call 101, quoting serial 1014 of 02/11.
