Cuxton Chaos: Ford Ranger Driver Bails Up Ambulance After Crash and Assault
Police are on the hunt for witnesses and dashcam footage after a smash and shocking assault rocked Cuxton on the evening of Saturday, 11 January 2025.
Crash and Confrontation on Rochester Road
At 9:05pm, a white Ford Ranger and a white Audi A3 collided on busy Rochester Road. Emergency crews, including the South East Coast Ambulance Service, rushed to the scene. A passenger in the Audi suffered a shoulder injury and was taken to hospital for treatment.
But that wasn’t all — according to police, the Ford driver went on the attack, allegedly assaulting a man at the scene before punching an ambulance crew member. A 30-year-old man from Chatham was arrested and has since been bailed pending further investigation.
