Triple Stabbing Shocks Cricklewood – Man Arrested for Attempted Murder
A 20-year-old man has been arrested following a brutal triple stabbing in Station Parade, Cricklewood (NW2) on Wednesday night, 25 June.
Two Young Men Left Fighting for Their Lives
At around 9:00pm, emergency crews rushed to the scene where they found two men, aged 20 and 21, with serious stab wounds. Both remain in critical condition in hospital.
A 20-year-old woman, also present and struggling to breathe, declined medical treatment at the scene.
Arrested Suspect Also Injured
Police detained a 20-year-old man at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder. He suffered non-life-threatening stab injuries himself and is currently in police custody.
Chemical Threat Rumour Quickly Quashed
Initial reports hinted at the presence of a chemical substance, prompting the deployment of specialist CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) units. The threat was swiftly dismissed, and authorities confirmed there is no chemical incident.
Attack Near Mosque Not Connected
The violent incident happened outside the Central Masjid, a major mosque in the area. The Metropolitan Police have made it clear there is no link between the attack and the mosque or its worshippers.
Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Out
“Two men, aged 20 and 21, were stabbed in the street. Our investigation is ongoing, and we urge anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.”
