Man Arrested After Triple Murder Shock in Bushey

Hertfordshire police have arrested 26-year-old Kyle Clifford from Enfield, suspected of the brutal killings of three women in Bushey. The chilling discovery was made on Tuesday evening, July 9.

Victims Identified as Family of BBC Radio Presenter

The victims have been named as Carol Hunt, 61, wife of BBC Five Live’s John Hunt, and their two daughters, Louise, 25, and Hannah, 28. They were found fatally injured at their Ashlyn Close home around 7 PM.

Manhunt Ends at Lavender Hill Cemetery

Police launched an intense manhunt across Hertfordshire and North London. It ended on Wednesday afternoon when Clifford was found injured at Lavender Hill Cemetery in North London. Officers confirmed no shots were fired during the arrest.

Suspect in Serious Condition, Crossbow Recovered

Clifford was rushed to a major trauma centre and remains in serious condition. As of Thursday afternoon, he has not spoken with police. A crossbow was recovered during the investigation.

Detective Superintendent Rob Hall said, “Our thoughts remain with the victims’ family at this tragic time. The investigation is moving at pace, and as a result, we have now arrested a man. Enquiries are continuing at this time.”
