Boat Blaze Outside Margate Home Sparks Police Probe

Kent Police are hunting arsonists after a boat was deliberately set on fire outside a house in Margate.

Officers spotted the boat ablaze at around 3am on 12 September 2019 in Millmead Road. Nearby residents were alerted by patrols, and firefighters rushed to douse the flames.

No One Hurt but Property Damaged

Thankfully, nobody was injured in the blaze, but the fire did cause damage to the exterior of the home.
