Young Dad Stabbed to Death in London Knife Horror
A brutal murder investigation is underway after a young father was fatally stabbed in Colindale. Emergency services rushed to Zenith Close, NW9, at 5:58pm on Sunday, 15 April, following reports of a stabbing.
Rapid Response as Killer Strikes
Officers, London Ambulance Service, and Air Ambulance attended the scene where Raul Nicolaie, believed to be in his 20s, was found stabbed in his flat. Despite being rushed to a central London hospital, he was sadly pronounced dead later that evening.
Suspect in Custody as Police Hunt Next of Kin
A 34-year-old woman was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder. She remains in custody at a north London police station while detectives continue their inquiries.
Police confirmed the victim and suspect were known to each other. Efforts are ongoing to trace Mr Nicolaie’s next of kin, with a post-mortem expected soon.
