Police Hunt Witnesses After Porsche Crashes into Telegraph Pole Near Borough Green

Police are urgently appealing for witnesses following a crash involving a white Porsche 911 near Borough Green.

Driver Flees but Slams into Pole

Just after 11.25pm on Monday, 25 May 2020, an officer spotted the Porsche on the A25 and signalled the driver to stop. Instead, the car sped off onto the A227 Borough Green Road before crashing into a telegraph pole.

Driver Hospitalised and Arrested

Emergency services, including South East Coast Ambulance and Kent Fire and Rescue, rushed to the scene. The driver suffered a head injury and was taken to hospital. He was also arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and failing to stop for police.
