Police Hunt Bicycling Pervert Exposing Himself to Women in London
Officers are on the lookout for a sicko who targeted lone women while cycling around London last Saturday, 21 January. The man approached women and exposed himself, masturbating right in front of them.
Shocking Attacks Across Pimlico and Chelsea
- 1pm, Eccleston Square, Pimlico: A woman in her 30s heard a man say “excuse me” before turning to find him standing beside his bike, openly masturbating.
- 10:40pm, Fulham Road, Chelsea: Two women in their 20s spotted the same behaviour. One threatened to call police, sending the man pedalling away fast on his bike.
- 10:50pm, Elystan Street, Chelsea: Another woman saw the cyclist with his hand down his pocket. When she looked back, he was masturbating as he rode towards her.
Police Release E-Fit and Urge Public to Speak Up
Detective Constable Gabrielle James from Central West CID said: “These are extremely serious crimes which have understandably had a significant impact on the women involved. We are grateful they came forward, allowing us to throw every resource at catching this man.”
She added: “We identified these cases as linked quickly and now urge anyone who recognises the man in the e-fit or has had a similar experience to contact us immediately.”
