Man Arrested After Body Found in Fiery Gillingham Home
Horror Discovery in Fire Thorn Close
Detectives from Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate swooped on a man in his 30s from Gillingham after a body was found at a house in Firethorn Close. The arrest came just after midnight on 15 February 2019 on suspicion of murder.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service raised the alarm at 10.32am on 14 February after flames broke out at the property. Firefighters entering the scene discovered the body of a man inside.
