Shocking Bus Incident: Woman Groped on X30 Between Warrington and Chester
Between 4.10pm and 5pm on 8 September, a woman travelling on the X30 bus from Warrington to Chester was touched inappropriately by a man. The victim was thankfully helped by a fellow passenger who intervened. Now, Cheshire Police are on the hunt for the pervert responsible.
Police Release CCTV of Suspect
Officers have released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the incident. Detective Inspector Rhiannon Jones said:
“I know this will be worrying for the community, but we are actively pursuing multiple enquiries. We’ve identified a man we need to speak with regarding this case.”
She added:
“We urge anyone who was on the bus at the time, especially the brave passenger who stepped in to help, or anyone with information, to come forward.”
