Knife Attack Near Greenwich Odeon Sends Two to Hospital
Two people were rushed to a major trauma centre after a stabbing near the Odeon cinema on Bugsby’s Way, Greenwich, on Friday evening.
Stabbing Shakes Busy Greenwich Area
Emergency services swooped on the scene just before 6.45pm following reports of a serious knife attack close to Commercial Way. The London Ambulance Service treated two victims at the scene before rushing them to hospital. Their conditions remain unknown.
“We were called at 6.42pm yesterday (14 June) to reports of a stabbing in Bugsby’s Way, Greenwich,” a London Ambulance Service spokesperson said. “We treated two people at the scene and took them both to a major trauma centre.”

Eyewitnesses described a flood of emergency responders around the Odeon and nearby retail park, with police tape sealing off parts of the area. The Metropolitan Police have been contacted for updates on the investigation and possible arrests.
