A massive fire tore through a houseboat in Hampton around 3:18am, sparking an urgent and large-scale response from the London Fire Brigade (LFB).

The blaze broke out after reports of an explosion, quickly swallowing half of the leisure boat moored on the river. The LFB control room was slammed with eight emergency calls, triggering a swift and heavy firefighting effort.
