Dog Walker Spots Disturbing Scene
A woman out walking her dog spotted a man committing an indecent act near the footpath between Chatham Road and Old Chatham Road. The shocking incident happened at around 4.35pm on Thursday, 17 June 2021.
Suspect Description Released
The suspect is described as a white male in his 30s, medium build and height. He wore a high visibility jacket, dark trousers, and work boots at the time.
Police Ask for Help From Public and Businesses
Officers are urging anyone in the area who may have seen suspicious activity to come forward. Residents and local businesses are also asked to check CCTV and doorbell cameras for footage that could identify the suspect.
