Emergency Scramble at White Cliffs of Dover
Three coastguard search and rescue teams from Dover, Deal, and Folkestone rushed to Crab Bay at the foot of the iconic White Cliffs of Dover this lunchtime. Alongside them, the HART Team from South East Coast Ambulance Service and Kent Police officers joined the urgent response.
RNLI Lifeboat Called In
The All-Weather RNLI Dover lifeboat was also dispatched to assist. Early reports suggest a person was found on the beach, prompting the large-scale emergency response.
Mystery Surrounds Incident
Kent Police and the UK Coastguard have been contacted for comment as the situation unfolds.
