Teen Girl Sexually Assaulted on Tunbridge Wells Common

Horror on Tunbridge Wells Common as a teenage girl was sexually assaulted between 8pm and 9pm on Saturday, 18 October 2025. The attacker, a stranger, approached her while she walked from Victoria Road towards the Millennium Clock.

The assault happened near a rock formation close to Mount Ephraim and the Molyneux Park Road junction.

Police Arrest Suspect but Manhunt Continues

Following a fast-moving investigation, police arrested a man in his 30s on Monday, 20 October at around 3:30pm. He is currently in custody, suspected of rape.

Despite the arrest, the police are continuing their hunt for any other possible suspects or witnesses.
