Police hunt men linked to brutal attack outside Southampton pub

Assault on Easter Sunday shocks Southampton

Police want to speak to these men after a 31-year-old was attacked near The Brass Monkey pub on Janson Road, Southampton. The assault happened around 10pm on Sunday, March 27, shortly after the victim left the pub at 9.55pm.

The victim suffered nasty injuries to his face, arms, and legs. Witnesses saw these men enter The Brass Monkey just after the incident. Officers believe they may hold key information.

Officers urge witnesses to come forward

PC Simon Murray from the Western Investigation Team said: “We want these men to come forward. They were near the scene and could provide valuable info to help our enquiries.”
