Tragic Death on A42 Near Ashby Under Investigation
Detectives are probing after a man died following a collision on the A42 near Ashby, Leicestershire. The fatal incident happened in the early hours of Wednesday, June 5, on the southbound carriageway near junction 12.
Mystery Surrounds Man Found Sitting in Road
Witnesses spotted the man sitting in the carriageway before the crash, adding a baffling twist to the tragedy. Emergency services, including East Midlands Ambulance Service, rushed to the scene but sadly could not save him.
