Dummy Snatcher Terrorises Essex Parents
Police are hunting a man who’s been snatching dummies from babies across Harlow, Essex. The bizarre and disturbing incidents have left families rattled, with one encounter turning violent.
Four Incidents Spark Community Alarm
Between February 10 and August 7, officers were called to four separate incidents in the Staple Tye Shopping Centre, Woodcroft, Parsloe Road, and Cooks Spinney areas. In one case, a child was even assaulted during the dummy grab.
