Urgent Search for Missing Wallingford Man

Police urgently need help to find Robert Ely, 67, who vanished in Wallingford two days ago. The grandfather was last spotted around 10:40am on Tuesday (4 June) outside Lloyds Bank on Fir Tree Avenue.

What We Know About Robert Ely

  • White male, approximately 6ft 1in tall
  • Short grey/white hair
  • Usually seen wearing a shirt and trousers
  • Regularly travels between Wallingford and Oxford by bus

Police Concern Grows Over Missing Senior

PC Alex Norrish from Henley Neighbourhood Policing said: “Robert has not been seen for two days, and we are very concerned for his welfare.”

He added, “We don’t know if he has access to money as his mobile phone and car were left at home. Anyone who has seen Robert or knows where he is should contact our 24-hour helpline on 101, quoting reference 43190169296.”
