Gang Busted in Sherwood Drug Raid
Police swooped on a Sherwood home in a high-octane raid on Wednesday afternoon. Multiple units – including the City North neighbourhood team, Operation Reacher squad, dog section, drone team, and response officers – executed a warrant at a property on Rosecroft Drive at 1.35pm.
Inside, they found a stash of Class A drugs, bundles of cash, cannabis, and an extendable baton weapon.
Five Arrested Over Drugs and Weapons
The crackdown led to five arrests: a 35-year-old woman, two men aged 33 and 38, plus two 17-year-old boys. They’re all suspected of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, holding cocaine, cannabis, and carrying offensive weapons.

“This was a great bit of joined up policing involving multiple teams working together to achieve a great result,” said Inspector Paul Ferguson, nottingham/" title="Nottingham" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Nottingham North’s district commander.
“It’s always good news when we can seize and destroy drugs and interrupt their supply. The raid was intelligence-led, thanks to info from the community, and I hope it sends a clear message.”
