Early Morning Stab Horror in Kingston

Police rushed to Clarence Street, Kingston, at 3.45am on Saturday, 21 August after reports of a disturbance. They found a man in his early 20s with a stab wound to his chest.

Victim Dies Despite Emergency Care

The victim was rushed to hospital by London Ambulance Service but was pronounced dead shortly after. His next of kin have yet to be informed.

Suspect Arrested at the Scene

An 18-year-old man was arrested immediately on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody at a south London police station.

Met Police Appeal for Information

Detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command have launched an investigation. A crime scene is still in place as enquiries continue.
