Man in His 50s Fatally Stabbed in Luton – Murder Probe Underway

A murder investigation is underway after a man in his 50s was stabbed to death in Luton’s Farley Hill area. Police were called just before 2:15 PM on Thursday, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police Seek CCTV Footage and Witnesses

The Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit confirmed the death is being treated as murder. Detective Chief Inspector Nick Gardner said, “We’re working hard to establish the circumstances surrounding the man’s death and identify the person responsible.”

Local residents along Whipperley Way have been urged to check any CCTV or doorbell camera footage that could help the investigation. Police are following multiple leads as they hunt for the killer.

Gardner added: “Our thoughts, first and foremost, are with the family and friends of the man who has died in these tragic circumstances.”
