Teen Thugs Attack Boy on Footpath in Kent

Kent Police were alerted at 6.45pm on Monday, 3 June 2024, that three teenagers had assaulted a boy and tried to snatch his bag. The incident took place on a footpath between Mace Lane and Heathfield Road, behind the fire station.

Victim and Suspects Flee Scene

Reports say four boys were involved and fled the scene towards Heathfield Road. Despite a quick police search, neither the suspects nor the victim have been found.

Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

The victim has yet to contact officers. Police are urging anyone with information who hasn’t spoken to them yet to get in touch, quoting reference 46/91299/24.
