On Monday, March 14, 2022, at 5:41pm, brazen thieves hit the Tomoka Fine & Rare Whisky Store in London’s Royal Exchange (EC3V). A coveted £9,500 bottle of rare Macallan whisky vanished without a trace.

CCTV Captures Suspicious Duo Lingering Outside

Surveillance footage reveals a man and woman lurking outside the store for around 30 minutes before slipping in separately. The woman was last spotted heading towards Throgmorton Street shortly after exiting.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

“Thefts from businesses aren’t victimless crimes,” said City of London Police Constable Niall Bowes. “This theft caused serious financial damage to a local independent retailer.”
