Woman Sexually Assaulted Near Guildford’s Millmead Lock
Police are hunting witnesses after a woman in her 30s was sexually assaulted near Millmead Lock park in Guildford.
The shocking attack happened between 11.30pm on Monday 21 September and 12.30am on Tuesday 22 September.
Tanned, Bearded Suspect on the Loose
Officers have launched a full investigation and are piecing together what went down. The suspect is described as tanned, with dark hair and a beard.
Detective Inspector Deborah Birch said: “We are doing everything possible to thoroughly investigate this matter. The victim is receiving appropriate support.”
“We urge anyone who was near Millmead Lock during those hours and saw or heard anything suspicious to come forward. Your tip could be vital.”
