Teen Found Beaten on Portsmouth Zebra Crossing – Police Seek Trio

An 18-year-old man was discovered with serious facial injuries on a zebra crossing near Portsmouth & Southsea Train Station late on June 19. He was rushed to hospital with two facial fractures, bruising, swelling, and a small brain bleed but has since been released.

Police Hunt Three Men Seen Near Attack Scene

Officers have released CCTV images of three men they want to question over the incident near Station Street leading onto Commercial Road. They are urging anyone who recognises them to come forward.

Who Are They?

  • Man One: Aged 18-25, 5ft 5in to 5ft 8in, white, slim build, brown curly hair (longer top, shorter sides). Wearing black trainers, dark shorts with white pinstripe, light blue zip-up jumper, and carrying a black man bag with silver zip.
  • Man Two: Aged 18-25, 5ft 7in to 5ft 10in, white, slim physique, short light brown hair fading at ears, long on top. Wearing black and red/orange trainers (possibly Adidas), dark blue jeans, dark short-sleeved top, and black-and-white man bag over shoulder.
  • Man Three: Aged 18-25, 5ft 7in to 5ft 10in, white, average size, dark blonde/brown hair (long on top, short sides). Sporting white and blue trainers with black tick and laces (possibly Nike), ripped dark blue jeans, formerly shirtless but later seen in a white t-shirt.

Timeline and Appeal for Information

The victim is believed to have walked from Catherine House on Stanhope Road to Portsmouth & Southsea Train Station around 2.30am before being found unconscious by a passerby.

“We want to hear from anyone who recognises these men or who has any info that could help our investigation,” said a police spokesperson.
