15-Year-Old Boy in Critical Condition After Stabbing
A 15-year-old boy was left fighting for his life after a stabbing on Alum Rock Road, Birmingham, late on Friday night (March 7, 2025).
Emergency crews rushed to the scene near College Road just before 8:45pm, finding the teenager with serious stab wounds.
He was taken to hospital and remains in critical but stable condition.
Attack Took Place in Morris Park, Police Say
Detectives believe the vicious assault happened in nearby Morris Park. The park has been sealed off as forensic teams comb the area for clues.
Police Appeal for Witnesses and CCTV Footage
Detective Chief Inspector Jim Mahon said:
“This was a really serious attack on a boy. Our Major Crime Unit is working flat out to find those responsible.
We’re reviewing CCTV and other information. Extra officers are on patrol to reassure the public.
If you saw anything, or have mobile phone, CCTV, dashcam, or doorbell footage, please get in touch immediately. We want to make arrests as soon as possible.”
