Passenger Assault Sparks Panic on Hove Bus
Sussex Police are hunting for witnesses after a passenger was attacked on a number 1 bus in Hove.
Shocking Attack on Church Road Bus
The terrifying incident unfolded at 9:15am on Wednesday, October 9. The eastbound bus came to a halt between Sackville Road and Connaught Road when a man in his 40s allegedly assaulted a fellow passenger.
Witnesses say the suspect is around 5’5” tall, wearing a green T-shirt, grey tracksuit bottoms, and a black baseball cap.
Police Urge Victim And Witnesses To Come Forward
The victim reportedly fled the scene after the attack. Police are eager to speak to this passenger and anyone else who was on the bus at the time.
“We want to hear from the victim and any other witnesses to help piece together what happened,” said a Sussex Police spokesperson.
