Dead Lambs Dumped on Radlett Hill Farm Sparks Outrage

Someone callous dumped dead lambs in bags on a Radlett hill farm between 3pm on Thursday 7 April and 3.45pm the next day. Police believe the offenders used Kemprow Road to reach the site.

Police Launch Appeal for Witnesses

PC Mike Morris from the Bushey and Radlett Safer Neighbourhood Team said: “This incident has understandably caused concern in the rural community. We want to find out where the lambs came from and who dumped them.”

He urged anyone who saw suspicious activity near Kemprow Road over that period to get in touch immediately.

Flytipping or Something Worse?

PC Richard Donbavand from Hertfordshire Constabulary’s Rural Operational Support Team (ROST) added: “We’re treating this as flytipping until we know more. We suspect a flat-bed or box van-sized vehicle was used to unload the lambs.”

He warned local farmers to secure their land by locking gates and invited anyone concerned to contact the ROST team at 123. Quote crime ref: 41/27785/22.
