Trickster Targets 82-Year-Old in Water Board Scam
Police are on the hunt after a crafty crook hoodwinked an 82-year-old lady in Escots Drive on 26 October. The suspect claimed to be from the water board and was let into the home around 2:30pm. Once inside, he made off with cash and cards.
Suspect Description: Stocky Man in Black
The thief is described as a white male, around 40 years old, 5’8” tall, with a slight tan and a stocky build. He spoke with a London accent and wore all black, topped off with a black beanie hat.
