Knife Threat Horror on Horsham Street
Two men, both in their twenties, faced a terrifying ordeal on Station Road, Horsham, late Monday night, October 5.
Suspect Threatens Victims with Knife Claim
At around 10pm, near Depot Road junction, a tall, skinny bloke – about 6’3″ and in his late teens or early 20s – approached the pair as they headed home. He claimed to have a knife, though none was seen, and demanded their pocket contents. He also tried to snatch one man’s bag, throwing punches at them both.
Thankfully, the men managed to break free and fled the scene uninjured.
Police Hunt Dark Cap-Wearing Youth
The suspect was last seen wearing a dark blue or black Harrington-style jacket and a beige or black cap with red writing. He was smoking a roll-up at the time.
PC Katrina Brown Douglas urged, “If you saw what happened or have any information about the suspect, please contact us online or call 101, quoting serial 1403 of 05/10.”
