Man Stabbed in Eastbourne, 19-Year-Old Arrested
A man was rushed to hospital after a stabbing in Eastbourne, Sussex, on Sunday night. Sussex Police were called to The Avenue just after 9:30 pm following reports of the attack.
Serious But Not Life-Threatening Injuries
The victim suffered a stab wound to his stomach and was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton for treatment. Police say his injuries are serious but not believed to be life-threatening.
Teen Held as Investigation Continues
A 19-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of wounding with intent. He remains in custody while officers continue their enquiries.
