Man Brutally Attacked in Braintree – Police Hunting Suspects
A man in his 40s was viciously assaulted in Braintree in the early hours of Sunday, October 25.
Bricks Thrown and Punches Landed
The victim was targeted on Silks Way around 2am when a group hurled bricks at him and repeatedly punched him. He suffered serious injuries but is now in stable condition in hospital.
Two Arrested Over Violent Attack
Police have arrested an 18-year-old man on suspicion of robbery. A 43-year-old woman was also held, facing charges of robbery and grievous bodily harm (GBH).
“We believe this was a targeted attack and do not think the public is at risk,” said police.
