A 17-year-old girl was arrested at the scene and later bailed pending further investigation. Authorities say the incident followed a social media spat and an earlier verbal argument between the suspect and victims in a nearby restaurant. Tensions boiled over when the three crossed paths again further up North End Road, resulting in the violent attack.
