Police have opened a murder investigation after a man’s body was found in a Southampton flat this evening.
Mystery Surrounds Death in Westridge Road
Officers from Hampshire Police were called to a flat on Westridge Road just after 4.15pm on Friday, April 29. The man’s death is being treated as suspicious amid reports of an earlier dispute at the address.
Detective Issues Urgent Appeal
Detective Chief Inspector Nick Heelan said: “We are in the early stages of an investigation into a man’s death which is being treated as suspicious. We understand there may have been a dispute at the address earlier today. I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed or heard this dispute to come forward.”
