Black Taxi Flees Scene After Clobbering Cyclist
The victim, a male cyclist, was knocked off his bike just before 7pm on Sunday, April 11. The culprit drove off in a black Skoda Octavia taxi, which had noticeable signwriting. The vehicle didn’t stop, leaving the man injured in the road with head wounds.
Police Appeal for Witnesses and CCTV Footage
Officers are scouring local CCTV and are eager to speak to anyone who saw the smash or the fleeing taxi.
