Police Hunt Driver After Hit-and-Run With Cyclist in Titchfield

Police are on the lookout for a driver who fled the scene after colliding with a cyclist in Titchfield.

Crash on the A27

The incident happened between 10am and 10:05am on Saturday, April 9, at the A27 junction near St Margaret Roundabout. A silver car and a pedal cycle crashed, leaving the cyclist – a man in his 40s – with an injured left elbow.

Driver Stops but Walks Away

The driver, described as a woman around 30, stopped briefly but failed to exchange details with the injured cyclist before driving off.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

PC Christopher O’Connor urged anyone who saw the collision to come forward. “I am appealing for any witnesses to this incident to come forward. I would also like to ask the driver of the car to come and speak to us,” he said.
