Man Arrested Over Shocking Church Shooting in Euston
A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a dramatic shooting outside a church in Euston.
Police Nab Suspect After Car Stop in Barnet
The arrest took place on Sunday, January 15, just before 4 p.m. Police stopped a car on Cricklewood Lane, Barnet, and took the man into custody amid the ongoing investigation.
Multiple Victims Including Child Hospitalised
Officers and medics rushed to Phoenix Road, NW1 at 1:29 p.m. on Saturday, January 14, after reports of the shooting. The London Ambulance Service and London Air Ambulance attended the scene.
- Three women, aged 48, 54, and 41, were taken to central London hospitals.
- The 48-year-old woman suffered potentially fatal injuries, while the others faced non-life-threatening wounds.
- A 21-year-old woman was also admitted with non-life-threatening injuries.
- A seven-year-old girl, critically injured, remains in hospital in stable condition after the attack.
