Sussex Police Hunt Man Over Brutal Attack Near Worthing Subway
Sussex Police are appealing for help to crack an assault case in Worthing. The shocking incident took place on January 20 at around 9pm, just outside the Subway restaurant on Chapel Road.
Good Samaritan Brutally Attacked
A 44-year-old local hero stepped in to break up a squabble but ended up battered. The suspect didn’t hesitate to launch an attack on the man.
CCTV Footage Captures Suspect
Police have released CCTV images of the alleged attacker. He’s described as about 50 years old, six feet tall, wearing a white Stone Island jumper, a black gilet jacket, and blue jeans.
