Man Dies After Horrific Bus Crash in Hounslow

Tragedy on Cranford Lane

A 40-year-old man tragically died following a collision with a bus on Cranford Lane, Hounslow. The crash happened around 7:19pm on Saturday, 21 January near the junction with Armytage Road.

Despite being rushed to a west London hospital at 9:20pm with serious injuries, the man sadly passed away shortly after arrival.

Bus Driver Arrested Over Fatal Crash

The 59-year-old bus driver was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and failing to stop at the scene. He has since been released on bail as investigations continue.

Police Seek Witnesses and Dash Cam Footage

Specialist officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are appealing for anyone who was driving nearby or has dash cam footage to come forward.
