Arson Suspect on the Loose in W12 – Police Issue Urgent Appeal
Police are hunting a man linked to a string of terrifying arson attacks and vandalism in Du Cane Road, W12. The criminal rampage struck fear into residents during May and September, leaving homes damaged and neighbourhoods rattled.
Man Seen with Rambo-Style Knife
The suspect, caught in a police image, is accused of torching a car and smashing a front door. He reportedly carries a large Rambo-style knife in a sheath, using it to vandalise properties. So far, no one has been physically hurt, but locals are left shaken.
“Whilst nobody has been physically injured in these attacks, the victims have understandably been left very shaken as they have been targeted in their homes,” said PC Manojh Sivagnanasangar, leading the investigation.
Police Believe Suspect Known Locally
Officers suspect the man is familiar in the community. They urge anyone who recognises him to come forward immediately.
“We are keen to hear from anyone who can help to identify him,” added PC Sivagnanasangar.
