Police Hunt Man Over Shocking Bus Assault in Bristol
Police are on the lookout for a man wanted in connection with a vicious assault on a Bristol bus on Sunday, July 30th.
Man Caught on Camera After Shocking Attack
The suspect, aged between 25 and 35 with dark hair, was spotted wearing a black cap, black coat, grey/beige hoodie, and black trousers. Authorities have released a photo and want the public’s help identifying him.
Bus Incident Turns Violent
The assault happened at around 5:10pm on 1 Street, Bristol. Eyewitnesses say the man suddenly stood up from his seat and began shouting at a woman in her 30s before snatching and throwing her phone out of the bus.
“He then physically attacked her,” confirmed police.
Victim Shaken But Escapes Serious Injury
Thankfully, the woman escaped serious harm and didn’t need hospital treatment. But the terrifying ordeal left her badly shaken.
