£500 Reward to Catch Stalking Suspect “Fish” on the Run
Police are on the hunt for Malcolm David Howell, 53, aka John Dory or “Fish,” over stalking allegations in Hove. They’re dangling a £500 reward for info that leads to his arrest.

Howell is known to hang around Portslade and Brighton city centre, making him a familiar face in the area.
Police Urge Public to Speak Up
Detective Inspector Ian Still, leading the investigation, said: “We need to speak to this man as soon as possible and are offering £500 for information that will enable us to make an arrest.”
