New Food Fest Show to Feast on Northern Ireland’s Finest Flavours
Colin Murray and Edith Bowman Lead the Taste Tour
Colin Murray and Edith Bowman are set to uncover the secrets behind Northern Ireland’s food scene in a brand-new series. They’ll explore what we eat, where it comes from, who makes it, and why it truly matters. Joining them are TV chef Suzie Lee and lively presenter Ryan Hand.
Festival Flavours and Market Madness
The five-part series visits iconic spots including the vibrant Belfast Mela Festival, the bustling St George’s Market, the traditional Ould Lammas Fair in Ballycastle, a food and music festival in Newcastle, and the lively Walled City Market in Londonderry.
Local Food Stories Uncovered
While Colin and Edith soak up the festival vibes, Suzie and Ryan dive deep into local delicacies—from cider making in Armagh to eel fishing in Toomebridge. They’ll also learn how to craft vegan burgers and pick up zero-waste cooking tips from a top sustainable chef.
