Missing in Brighton: Teens and Toddler Feared Homeless in Freezing Winter
Alarm bells are ringing in Brighton as police search for two teenagers and an 18-month-old child believed to be living rough outdoors. A concerned local tipped off authorities after spotting a teenage girl sleeping rough in Queens Park.
Mystery Trio Last Seen in Queens Park
The girl, described as blonde with unkempt hair and sporting a light blue and pink tracksuit, was last seen on December 6. She spoke with a northern accent. Alongside her were a young man in his late teens or early twenties and a toddler in a pushchair loaded with bags.
Police Launch Urgent Search and Appeal for Info
Special police units have scoured Queens Park and nearby areas, checking CCTV and liaising with local transport. Detective Superintendent Kris Ottery said:
“We are working hard to establish the identity of these two people and the toddler, and the circumstances around them. We want to ensure they get the support and safety they deserve in these harsh conditions.”
He added:
“If you’ve seen them before or after December 6, please contact us. And if the people involved see this, please reach out so we know you’re safe. Help is available.”
