Two Teens Hurt in Knife Fight Horror in East Ham
Police launch urgent hunt after a violent weapon attack leaves an 18-year-old woman and 16-year-old boy injured near Leigh Road and Burges Road in East Ham.
Knife Fight Shocks East Ham Streets
Just after midnight on Sunday, 27 April, emergency services swooped on reports of a fierce fight. The Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service found the two teenagers wounded and rushed them to hospital. Thankfully, their injuries are not life-threatening.
No Suspects Yet as Police Race to Crack Case
Despite a blitz of enquiries, cops have yet to make any arrests. The Met is working round the clock, pushing “fast-time enquiries” to nail down those involved.
“Officers are carrying out extensive enquiries and urge anyone who witnessed the incident or has information to come forward,” a Met spokesperson said.

The Met is begging locals and anyone near Leigh Road and Burges Road in those early hours to step forward. If you snapped any CCTV, dashcam, or mobile footage that could help, now’s the time to share it.

Extra patrols remain in place to keep the community safe while the investigation continues.
