Three Teens Arrested After Fatal Cambridge Stabbing
Three teenagers have been arrested following the murder of a boy in Cambridge. Police were called at 2.52pm yesterday after reports of a stabbing near Logan’s Meadow. The victim, a teenage boy, was pronounced dead just four minutes later at 2.56pm.
Targeted Attack Leaves Youth Dead
Authorities believe the stabbing was a deliberate, targeted attack. A post-mortem is yet to be completed to confirm the details. The shocking incident has rocked the local community.
Arrests Made in Deadly Case
- A 14-year-old boy was arrested at his home around 11.30pm.
- Another 14-year-old and a 17-year-old were arrested near midnight in South Cambridgeshire.
- All three are held on suspicion of murder at Peterborough’s Wood Police Station.
Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward
“We believe members of the public spoke to paramedics at the scene but left before police arrived,” said Detective Superintendent Carl Foster of the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit. “I am appealing directly to these individuals to contact us immediately.”
